We are hiring!

The Boulder Library Foundation has an immediate opening for a part-time seasonal Gala Coordinator to assist our in-house Gala Manager with project management, logistics and communications as we plan and produce the 2026 Boulder Library Gala on September 17.

This is a part-time, seasonal position, with a total time commitment of up to 200 hours, most of which will be concentrated closer to the event.

Event planning responsibilities include coordinating decor and activities, event material production and printing, assisting with marketing, communications and guest services.

Event execution responsibilities include serving as the on-site event logistics coordinator the day of and day after the event; liaising with vendors, volunteers and library staff, monitoring and communicating the timeline, and troubleshooting issues.
